蝶打电话来抱怨xx瑜伽馆的老师如何如何地不好，后来却又善良地自我批评：其实后来仔细想来，真不该这么评论那些老师，因为也许有一天自己也会有同样从处境（因为蝶想以后也做一名瑜伽老师）。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
我想：可以批评也是应该批评的，只是不要带有比如嫌弃、夸大等负面情绪；积极主动友好的评论有利于判断什么可跟着学练什么不要跟着学练，并从中汲取精华备己所用。同时还有利于自己以后做教练时能理解、判断和接受会员的意见，哪怕是批评，也防止自己因长期上课而思维僵化，都忘了站在会员的角度去设计和改进教学。所以如果可能的话，还可以记录下自己做为会员时的感受，包括愉快的和不愉快的，那以后在自己做教练时，就试着结合所在会馆的特点和会馆所在地的特点，运用那些曾经让自己愉快的教学内容和方法，防止那些不愉快的体验。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
另一方面，如教练本人比较心宽，愿听取意见的话，你也可以告诉她你的感受，一是这是你做为客户的全力，你有责任让自己花的时间和金钱有价值；二是教练可从中改进获得更好的教学效果，你是在帮；三是如她认为你说的不对并和你解释，你还能从中了解她的设计思路和指导思想，用于判断是你错了还是她错了。如是你错了，你不用不好意思，你是会员，没有她懂也是正常；如是她错了，她改，那当然好；如她不改，你大不了就不跟课了，但仍对她友好，那就够了。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

<font size="3">今天上课的心情多少有点被这句会员的话影响了！</font></p><p><font size="3">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</font></p><p><font size="3">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
还好对上课我一直是比较喜欢的，对会员的不理解我也一直是能理解的！</font></p><p><font size="3">&nbsp;</font></p><p><font size="3">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 我曾在我的博客文章《<span>我想瑜伽···（一）——关于瑜伽动作的难度</span>&nbsp;》中提到呼吸和冥想在瑜伽会馆中教学的尴尬境况。我曾待过比较不追求高难度体位而注重瑜伽整体服务的会馆，也曾因不能接受很多瑜伽馆对体位法过度追求的形式主义而“懒于”在一般的瑜伽馆教课，直到有位好友说，如果会馆不能提供非形式的瑜伽教学，至少你自己可以啊！于是开始试着在各种层次的会馆教授瑜伽，但真的发现<font color="#FF9900">年费越是便宜的会馆，会馆经营方式上追求“show”形式的比重就越大，对会员的引导上也是更倾向于练就越来越难的体位，会员对瑜伽的理解也更多地限于这是一种时尚健身运动，我来练的只是体位！</font></font></p><p><font size="3">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
于是，当我在今天上课时教授大家哈他瑜伽的呼吸法时，有位会员打断我：你能不能教我们一些体位？我当时真的很难过，但是还是耐心地和她以及其他可能也有类似不满或疑问的会员解释：<font color="#FF9900">我们为什么要练习呼吸法？练习呼吸法对我们练习体位法有什么样的辅助甚至是主导作用？如果我们不注重练习呼吸法，那我们的瑜伽体位法和广播体操有什么区别？······</font>其实，想和他们分享的不仅是这些，但目前能分享的也只能是这些。</font></p><p><font size="3">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <font color="#FF9900">我没有刻意说只有练好呼吸法了才能练习体位法，但勿庸置疑的是练好了呼吸法能使体位法的种种功效体现和延伸得更好。</font>最直观的说，即使不练习体位法，单独的呼吸法也更能让我们心肺功能得到很大的改善，至于这个改善能带给我们的好处，我想在这里就不用多言了！</font></p><p><font size="3">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 我只想让我的课能真切地使会员们从全面的瑜伽教学服务中获得身心兼修的益处。<font color="#FF9900">虽然我不能说我很懂瑜伽，但至少我是在用心的教自己确定有用的，也不停地再学自己还未懂的。</font>我也不能说我的体位是最好的，因为有无数有舞蹈、武术、体操功底的人转行在做瑜伽教练，和他们比体位的高难度是没得比的，对我来说也是没必要比。有句老话我一直在和会员们共勉：不要和别人比，要和自己的昨天比！</font></p><p><font size="3">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 我不是大牌！我只是想，我要做个负责任的教练。</font></p><p><font size="3">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

LINE-HEIGHT: 21pt; tab-stops: list 21.0pt"><font size="2"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">误解</span></font><font size="3"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体">随意“折叠、弯转、拧曲”，我们经常看到的图片或者视频中的高难度画面更多的是一种市场宣传中的营销手段，那些宣传让更多的人不管从表面上还是心底里都更多地把瑜伽当作一种目前流行的健身方法，而练习瑜伽只是一种时尚，一种让自己不落后于流行的借口和工具。我个人认为，在瑜伽所含内容的众多精华中，因为呼吸法和冥想法比较难于传达信息，所以商家等更多地以体位法这种直观方式来宣传瑜伽，以获取立竿见影的促销效果，甚至还在一定程度上忽视了瑜伽对于心灵调节和情绪调解等方面的巨大作用。虽然我不否认这样的营销方式，让瑜伽在短期内迅速流行于大江南北，但我更多地是为这种“轻此薄彼”所带来的瑜伽</span> <span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体">“功效泡沫”担忧和些许的无奈&nbsp;。</span></font></p><p style="LINE-HEIGHT: 21pt"><font size="3">&nbsp;</font></p><p style="LINE-HEIGHT: 21pt"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体"><font size="3"><font color="#FF0000">正确观念：您只要做到一些适合您的、简单的动作，一样可以达到那些“可望不可及”的高难度动作中的效果，甚至比它们的效果更好。</font>（所以我有时候就想，人干嘛没事找事，明明简单的做就能搞定，偏偏要搞出那么多花样，累不累啊？可能比黄继光董存瑞好一点）</font></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="LINE-HEIGHT: 21pt;
